15 minute ab workout

For a flat stomach, you need good posture, the right breathing and to engage every single muscle in your core. Our own Mary Paternoster, head of Pilates and teacher trainer and co-author of Core Strength Training, teamed up with Red Magazine to devise this simple yet powerful 15-minute ab-flattening workout.

Pilates is the original and best way to work the whole core. Mary is expert at making the tiny, technical moves of Pilates seem simple and do-able, “People think they need to do big movements, but the power is in small, controlled, precise movements, not compromising alignment and posture”, she says.
