Calling all parents and parents-to-be! Frame are taking over Fount every Saturday to get you strong, lean and healthy. Get your partner to help out whilst baby naps and run away for a little ‘me-time’. 9am – Mini Movers
A class for you and your little one to get you motivated and moving for the weekend ahead. Suitable for 3 years and up.

10am – Frame Bumps
The perfect workout for women who want to remain active during pregnancy and are looking to maintain those toned arms, firm buns and gorgeous legs. This class combines the best of Pilates, yoga and fitness for a well-rounded, yet challenging workout.

11am – Get Your Body Back Bootcamp
For mums and dads, this full body workout using your own body weight will kick start and maintain your post-natal fitness.
