And we don’t just teach you the moves – we offer innovative course offerings covering everything you actually need to know to be a successful instructor, from body composition to business.

Read on for the run down on our latest, fully accredited qualifications…

Frame Dynamic Reformer Course

When is it and how much does it cost? The next intake is two weeks, Monday through Friday, beginning 9th October. The course is fully accredited and costs £1,600.

Who should apply? Fitness or yoga professionals who already hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 Matwork Pilates or 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Qualification and want to expand their skillset to include Dynamic Reformer Pilates principles.

Teaching Reformer is especially beneficial for Instructors who are looking to lighten the demand on their own bodies from teaching a high volume of fitness classes. Once certified, instructors will be able to teach Reformer Pilates and Dynamic Reformer classes at Frame or elsewhere.

How will this course add to my existing offerings as an instructor? Dynamic Reformer maintains the principles of class Pilates, still primarily focusing on alignment and controlled movement, but ups the ante with a fitness-like approach bringing in a secondary focus on strength and power, so you’re likely to draw in a wider range of clients.

Personal Trainers may also find this course a beneficial addition to their training knowledge due to the large range of supported movements that can reeducate bodies in the post rehab stage.

Do I get to come to FRAME classes during the course? Yes! Dynamic Reformer trainees will receive 20 Frame Reformer Pilates classes during the training period which you will be required to attend to complete the course.

What will I be able to do with this qualification? Will I get to teach at FRAME? Every graduate is guaranteed a trial for a place on the Frame timetable. Successful graduates will be qualified to teach Frame’s full range of Reformer Pilates classes, as well as Reformer classes at other studios. Students could also choose to further their education and expand their client base with additional courses specialising in pre- and post- natal exercise or injury modifications.

Frame Level 3 Award in Pre & Post Natal Exercise (Two Day Course)

When is it and how much does it cost? We have two intakes this year, the first on the 21st and 22nd September, and the second on 30th November and 1st December. The course, which is fully accredited by Active IQ, costs £400.

Who should apply? Fitness or yoga professionals who already hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 Matwork Pilates or 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Qualification and want to expand their repertoire and have a keen interest in helping women during and beyond their pregnancies.

How will this qualification enhance my career? Whether you’re a Personal Trainer or a group fitness instructor, post-natal work is especially good if you want to take on more off-peak clients and classes as these women tend to train outside of peak hours when off on maternity leave. Although the fitness industry is overflowing with fitness instructors, there is still a huge gap when it comes to qualified pre and post natal instructors; with this qualification, you will have a leg up on the market, backed by Frame’s 10 years of expertise.

Is Frame’s Pre & Post Natal course linked to MumHood? Yes, it’s the inspiration behind offering this qualification. Frame has a huge amount of experience and expertise in pre- and post-natal exercise, and its founders, Joan Murphy and Pip Black, have also set up MumHood to educate and motivate pregnant ladies and mums to stay fit and active. We have a unique and up-to-date approach to pre and post-natal education, concentrating on what a woman CAN do, rather than just focusing on modifications or stopping exercise completely.

Do I get to come to FRAME classes during the course? Yes! Pre & Post Natal trainees will receive eight free Pre & Post Natal classes, which you will be required to attend to complete the course (don’t worry if you’re not pregnant or a mum yourself! You’re still welcome on the course and in class.).
