Frame Old Street is officially open! We’ve taken up temporary residency there for the month and you should definitely come and say hi! When you pop down to the unit check out our tunnel floor and magic decision tree. Did you eat all of the Quality Streets over Christmas? No? The magic decision tree might think you’re lying…so find out where it leads you! (Tunnel 2). Try a class, check out an event, grab a juice, navigate your way through an intricate web of decisions and dance ‘don’t walk’ your way out of the station!

GET FIT FOR A FIVER
We know you might be a little broke this January after the holiday season so we have 6 x 30-minute classes Monday to Friday for just a fiver – no excuses! Whether you want to clear your head, dodge the commuter hustle for some time and get a mini-workout in, Frame Old Street is the place to be.

ENERGY SHOT
Weekdays 7:30am and 8am
None of us LOVE mornings and if you’re a daily commuter through Old Street station, you’re probably going to be feeling irritable and grouchy even before you get to your desk! But a morning stretch and tone class will get you on the right foot for the day. This 30-minute class uses a combo of yoga and Pilates moves that will wake you up. Grab a smoothie from our fridge on your way out too and you’ll walk into work perky and energised – without a coffee!

ANTI DESK
Weekdays 12:30pm and 1pm
Show of hands who sits at a desk for 8 hours a day? Escape the office during your 60-minute lunch break, head to Old Street and join in a 30-minute stretch class that will give you some headspace from your desk – rejuvenating!

MINI-BARRE
Mon-Thurs 6pm and 6:30pm
Don’t have 60 minutes to come to Frame for Barre, no worries! When you’re on your way home, drop into our Old Street pop-up and get moving with a mini-version of a Frame Barre class, using balls and resistance bands.

BEYONCE

We know how popular our Beyonce Workshops are so we decided to bring you a little taster. On Friday’s we Bey’once – for 60 minutes! Bring your colleague/friends down for a strut and boogie and start the weekend on a high!

As well as these classes, we have guest takeovers and events. You’d be gutted to miss out!
