Just because you’re pregnant doesn’t mean that now is time to let everything go to mush and slob out! It’s important to keep fit and healthy for both your body and mind and at Frame we have pregnancy classes that will ease you into working out with your bump!

Pregnancy can be a relatively stressful time as you’ll still be juggling your usual working hours and social commitments, along with the unknowns of a new baby on the way. Taking an hour out once a week to just breathe and tune-in to your body and your growing baby, will be really helpful in preventing those stress levels rising and keeping your baby happy inside.

It’s the perfect time to get some much needed time out from your busy day to breathe, relax and tune into your baby, helping to promote a restful sleep come night time.

Pre-Natal Pilates is a controlled class taking place on the pilates reformer designed to help you maintain stability in your joints and lengthen and elongate muscles in the legs and arms.

Frame Mum’s Club – And when you’re a mama, it doesn’t stop there! Our Frame mum’s club is the perfect way to start back on your journey to full fitness without the need of childcare. Mum’s Club is an hour of upbeat tunes, to get your sweat on whilst bonding with your bubba!
