Who says meditation has to be all about the zen? We don’t! come and raise your vibrations with this unique energising meditation lead by Jody Shield our resident meditation expert. The session is guided all the way through and she’ll even throw some uplifting tunes into the mix leaving you feeling extra zingy! A session not be missed. Ps -This session is open to everyone no matter what level you are at.

Jody Shield is an inspirational speaker, meditation guru, writer and intuitive therapist. She’s fast becoming a name reverently whispered amongst London’s high fliers as the go-to healer to solve all our modern woes. She’s the first ever European meditation ambassador for Lululemon Athletica, and has residencies across London including Soho House and Fremantle Media (X-Factor). Previously a Business Director in advertising, she has first-hand experience of the stress epidemic that plagues the corporate world. Workshop costs £15 and includes an hour of guided meditation with time for Q&A at the end.
