Slap bang in between KFC and Spoons and opposite Farringdon station the newest Frame is home three studios including a Reformer Pilates studio, a Freestyle Fitness, Dance, Barre and Yoga studio and a Train and Fitness studio.

Quickie Butts – 30 mins of laser-focused glute work to tone, lift and sculpt your butt. The Dream!

Kylie Butt Lift – dream of one day rocking those gold hot pants? Well now you can this super-focused class is for those who want to lift, sculpt and shape that butt! You’ll work through a range of glute based exercises using both your own bodyweight and ankle weights to add that extra burn, sculpting the butt to a point where it rivals Kylie’s.
