What was your journey to becoming a Pilates instructor?
It took one class with the legendary Amy Hedger (OG Framers will know) to get me hooked. I was working a 9-5 office job at the time and was searching for something more fulfilling and I knew this was it. I trained in-house with the Frame Academy in Fitness and then Reformer Pilates and haven’t looked back since.
I love Pilates because…
Regardless of age, fitness level or experience, there is a Pilates class for everyone.

A Framer once described my class as ‘no fuss but WOW it burns’ and I think that sums up my style completely.
What’s your go-to Reformer move and WHY?
I love a plank. There are so many variations, all made more intense on the reformer. I love seeing clients committing to getting stronger by trusting me when I get creative with a plank!
What do you get up to when you’re not teaching Pilates?
Anything food related. I love cooking, having friends round for dinner, discovering new restaurants, wandering around food markets. If I’m not eating then I’m thinking about my next meal!
The one thing you wish people knew about I Pilates…
It’s not just stretching!
Besides from your fabulous self - who are your favourite Frame Pilates teachers and why?
I love Lily Juniper’s classes. They are challenging but somehow relaxing at the same time. You leave with your body feeling stronger and mind feeling calmer.
