Name: Susie Porter
What do you teach?
I teach Dance Cardio, Ass & Abs, Barre, BODY by Frame and Get Leggy and both Kings Cross and Shoreditch.
How long have you been teaching at Frame?

Tell us more about your training style.
My classes are high energy and fun, we take technique seriously but not ourselves!
If you weren’t an instructor, what would you be?
If I wasn’t instructing at Frame, I would be working in a cake shop – but I’m training instead of tasting!
Have you always been into health and fitness?
I have always had a keen interest in health and fitness, I have danced from a young age and as a professional dancer I have to maintain a healthy body and competitive mind which means nutrition is key.
Who is your inspiration?
I am inspired by strength and character, I look up to athletes such as Mo Farah, Jessica Ennis and Beth Tweedle.
Sum up your class in one sentence.
Why should we come to your class?
Working out is a challenge, I enjoy the challenge and am an encourager, I will present a challenge and you will reap the benefits.
We all love a healthy snack, but all like something naughty too – what’s your weakness?
Ice-cream! And the richer the better!
Name a workout song that you love.
My workout loves are ‘the rain’ by Calvin Harris and anything old school!
What’s your favourite place in London to get a drink?
I love a cocktail and a quirky atmosphere- MASH on Piccadilly is a fave, or Christopher’s on Drury Lane.
LET’S HAVE A QUICKIE
What did you eat for breakfast?
Breakfast is fruit and nut based normally cereal.
My biggest release is…dance
My go to snack is…a Trek coconut cocoa protein flapjack
My pet peeve is…when someone fills up the sink with dishes which you have to take out to wash them anyway!
I love Frame because…it is a modern, insightful place to train, but also connect mentally and physical with a huge emphasis on health and nutrition not just bulk bulk bulk!
