At Frame we are HUGE believers that moving in a way that you love is great for your mental health. As it’s World Mental Health Day, we’re theming up a selection of our classes across studios based on what your mental health needs right now, whether that’s ‘TO SLOW DOWN’, ‘ENERGISE’ or ‘DE-STRESS’
All profits from these classes will go to Heads Together, changing the conversation around mental health and supporting those who need it most.
