The festive season is over, so it’s time to gently ease ourselves into our Jan healthy eating and this recipe is a good mix of fats and some carbs – and it’s perfect for that NYE hangover we’re battling!
Avo on toast is a popular breakfast fave at the moment, but Jackson & Levine‘s recipe is pimped with tarragon to make it extra spesh. So, let’s get started, we’re hungry and our head is hurting.
Toast the bread
In a bowl mash the avocado with a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon to taste
Top your toast with the avocado mash
Finish with the tarragon, nuts and a drizzle of oil.
Other options to try; crumbled feta or lime juice and paprika. And a splash of hot sauce is never a bad idea!
