Yes, we’re popping up in Old Street station throughout January. We will have two 30-minute classes in the morning, lunchtime and evening – for just a giver! You can even shake it like Beyonce every Friday night and sip on a cocktail from Amacai. There will be a retail space, coffee from our Fuel at Frame Cafe, goody bags, takeovers and merriment by Wah Nails, Jackson and Levine, Refinery 29, Koral Activewear and many more!
Yogi’s Who Lunch

Calling all hungry yogi’s! For the next couple of months, we’re teaming up with our friends at Carousel for two delicious and nutritious events.
On Saturday 23rd January and 6th February yogi’s can enjoy a sweaty morning yoga session with Emily Clare Hill that is guaranteed to wake you up, stretch you out and get your appetite going for the gastronomic treats to come.
This event will take place in Carousel’s upstairs event space before heading downstairs for a fresh, zingy New Year feast – and even a chilled glass of prosecco if you’re wanting to get into the weekend mood!
£25 for 90 minutes – includes yoga class, lunch (veggie option available) and a glass of prosecco.

Get Fit with Frame at Fount
Calling all parents and parents-to-be! Frame are taking over Fount every Saturday to get you strong, lean and healthy. Get your partner to help out whilst baby naps and run away for a little ‘me-time’. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is like – there will be plenty of adaptations to make sure that everyone will get the most out of it.

A class for you and your little one to get you motivated and moving for the weekend ahead. Suitable for 3 years and up.
10am – Frame Bumps
The perfect workout for women who want to remain active during pregnancy and are looking to maintain those toned arms, firm buns and gorgeous legs. This class combines the best of Pilates, yoga and fitness for a well-rounded, yet challenging workout.
11am – Get Your Body Back Bootcamp
For mums and dads, this full body workout using your own body weight will kick start and maintain your post-natal fitness.

Yin Yoga Workshop with Marcus Veda

Yin Yoga has transformative effects on body and mind. It prepares the body and mind for longer and better quality meditation practices. The postures are held for longer than usual and the workshop ends with a meditation.
