THRILLER WORKSHOP
Saturday 31 October 15, 4:30pm with Alexus Ruth

October only means one thing, HALLOWEEN and don’t pretend that you haven’t secretly wanted to learn the routine to MJ’s ‘Thriller’. Well, now’s your chance! This workshop is for everyone, from the complete beginner with no dance experience, to those who have been dancing all their lives. It’s about letting loose and having a good time and you can take it home and show it off as your party trick the next time you end up having one too many drinks.

BOXING WORKSHOP
Saturday 31 October, 2-4pm, Frame Kings Cross

Learn how to employ proper boxing technique and pad with a partner. You will power through footwork drills, heavy bag work and circuits for a technical, but invigorating 2-hours!

Love yoga? At Frame we are doing a four-week yoga course designed to teach you the fundamentals so you can get the most from your classes. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or you have an existing practice and want to perfect your technique, a four-week course means you can develop and learn new skills every week to make sure you really get the most from your time.
