We wanted to let you know we are making some updates to the way we group our classes to make your lives a little simpler. (I mean, who doesn’t want a simpler life?) All your favourite classes will still be on the timetable with a few new additions to keep you moving and sweating in the most varied and fun way possible.

From 18th March classes currently categorised under ‘Frame Signature’ will move to our Fitness category excluding Barre which will have its own stand-alone category. Barre will be getting bigger and better with some exciting updated in the pipeline. You’ve already been loving Mini Barre (our 30 minute express Barre class) so watch this space for exciting new variations!

Frame Barre and Frame Body classes will still be updated every 6 weeks to ensure your body is continuously pushed and to make sure you never get bored. Our fantastic playlists will continue to be updated and available for you to listen at home – just follow Frame playlists on Spotify!

TO BARRE OR NOT TO BARRE?
Frame Barre is inspired by the conditioning workouts Ballet dancers use to stay strong, supple and injury free. Pilates style isometric moves are used to fatigue the muscles before stretching and lengthening leaving you toned and elongated. Frame Barre is a series of low-intensity fat burning intervals. The exercises have been selected and put together to work your entire body and the heat raising element fires up your metabolism ensuring calorie burn long after your workout is finished.

Want the long lean limbs of a dancer but don’t quite have the co-ordination? Frame Barre is for you. For those of you with less time on your hands Mini Barre is the perfect express solution. If you think 30 minutes is not enough time to feel the burn and get results, think again! Hello ass!
