Welcome to Teen Classes by Frame, classes designed exclusively for 14-18 year old girls. Unlike PE class, Teen classes aren’t about ‘how good you are’, they’re all about letting loose, having fun and enjoying the positive effect exercise brings; boosting self confidence, increasing energy levels and managing stress and anxiety.
Our Teen Classes will be taking place in Hammersmith and Victoria over the Easter holidays – 8th-19th April 2019, 2.30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF
We’re big believers in moving our bodies to relieve stress and anxiety, so this April in honour of Stress Awareness Month we’ve added special stress-busting Yoga classes to the timetable. Expect calming, restorative flow sequences designed to release pent up stress and tension in the body and clear your mind for whatever is stressing you out. Want in?
