For those who have been practicing Pilates for a while and want an extra challenge from more complicated advanced moves. Not suitable for beginners or rehab, we recommend you have a string experience of Pilates before attending.

By targeting both large and smaller supporting muscle groups, Reformer Pilates tones you up like no other. Expect sculpted arms, a nipped in waist and a super pert butt. With more advanced moves your toning will be next level.

3. LENGTHENING

Take it to the next level with even more advanced moves to stretch and strengthen out your muscles giving you those long, lean Pilates limbs. By correcting posture in your back and shoulders you’ll literally be walking taller.
