A slower paced dynamic workshop aiming to get the body warm, strong, flexible and the mind positive, calm and energetic. The focus of the practice is awareness of the upper body, arms and shoulders. We will explore twists, binds and play with the breakdown of arm some balances, with the aim to build the strength gradually, embracing the movement with breath and activating the energy on the mat, so that the heat transcends into stillness and the energy can be transformed to a good use off the mat. Intention with creative yoga playtime including vinyasa, power strength and some yin poses to allow the rest within the physical body as well as effective pranayama exercise targeting mental awareness.
