FRAME BALLET

Get a dancer’s physique using ballet moves and strength building exercises both at the barre and in the centre of the room to create a long, lean, toned body. We’ll also work on improving balance, core stability and flexibility.

1. FLEXIBILITY

Improve your flexibility with a series of warm-up stretches to work deep into those muscles, helping you to get that leg that little bit higher each time!

2. LENGTHENING

The barre section of the class works on toning, lengthening and strengthening your muscles to create a lean and elongated body with a perfect posture.

3. GET SKILLZ

This is the class to come to if you find yourself reminiscing about your childhood ballet class. You’ll be pulling out all the moves, from Grand jetes and Arabesques to Grand Battement and Entrechats, FYI leaps included but grace not essential. This is a barefoot class so no need to bring ballet shoes.
