Our Yoga teachers will guide you through all the basic principles and postures that you are likely to come across in other Yoga classes to ensure that your technique is ‘on point.’
Remember Yoga isn’t a competition, there is no such thing as ‘being good’, but as long as you keep coming back and practising, you’ll start to see the benefits physically and mentally in a way that will make you happy, fit and healthy.
In this class, we’ll focus on building strength and flexibility in a safe way, focusing on the correct Yoga technique for each posture along with their benefits. Expect to master fundamental Yoga basics such as sun salutations, breathing techniques and seating and standing postures.
Chill out and de-stress in this slower pace Yoga practice, with a particular focus on movement and breath we guarantee you’ll leave feeling re-energised.
