Back to Basics Yoga – Saturday 28th January, 2.45-4.45pm with Shay Grant

Great for beginners or those wishing to touch base and go back to basics. This workshop will give you the basics you need to get the most out of any Frame Yoga class and cover everything from sun salutations,standing postures and basic yoga terminology.

This two-hour yoga workshop is designed to give you a solid foundation of yoga postures (asanas) and how they come together in a flowing sequence. Your instructor will help you break down sun salutations, standing postures, sitting postures, back bends and inversions while building strength, flexibility and working towards a body and mind understanding of the yoga asana system. Suitable for complete beginners and those who are unsure about the alignment of yoga asanas they are already practising. This workshop will also help those who have been practising for a while to refresh their practice.
