1. FLEXIBILITY

This class is all about stretching out your whole body, focusing on your shoulders, spine, hamstrings, hip-flexors, splits and straddle.
FYI This class is suitable for everyone whatever your ability.

2. DE-STRESS

Through a combination of gentle and more pressing stretches, we’ll alleviate some of the built-up stress and tension held in the neck and particularly the hip flexors to leave you feeling on cloud nine.

3. LENGTHENING

Admire those long, lean limbs? Well, we’ll help you get there. Expect a combination of static, dynamic and active stretches to leave the body lengthened from head to toe, perfect for anyone who spends a large chunk of their time sitting at a desk. We’ll also focus on stretching techniques to rid the muscles of lactic acid and increase the blood flow around the body.
