2. CARDIO

Get your cardio fix with sprint intervals on the treadmill to help you burn calories and strip fat.

3. DE-STRESS

Release any pent up stress the old fashioned way by taking it out on the punchbag! Boxtrain will let the stress drip away with the sweat.
