Intense conditioning work using a Kettlebell, you’ll quickly master Kettlebell swings, windmills, goblet squats, lunges, rows, snatches and cleans to improve your overall strength and stamina.

2. CARDIO

Your heart and lungs will work hard to power you through this non-stop workout. We’ll move a range of movements to activate multiple muscle groups as you work your entire body and improve your strength and mobility.

3. BOX TICKING

This class will work your entire body and give you a great workout, concentrating on the butt, core and shoulders.
