Arm balances are challenging postures that teach us how to connect to our inner strengthen with a sense of playfulness. This workshop will help you master your ability to transition into forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana) and its variations with ease and confidence.
The first part of the workshop will include a fun, sweaty and invigorating vinyasa practice, to wake up the core, open shoulders and help find balance. The second half of the workshop will focus on technique, drills and transitions.
