A beginners’ course is the perfect introduction to yoga, giving you a strong and safe foundation from which you’ll be able to confidently explore different types of yoga.
Our 4-week Beginners courses are taught by experienced teachers and you will learn in a supportive and stimulating environment, alongside other friendly faces who are also new to yoga. Each week will build upon the previous, and after the 4-weeks you should feel ready to jump into any of our open-level classes.

Breath awareness – and different breathing techniques
