1. SWEATY

Guaranteed sweat fest, choose either a 30 or 45 minute full body cardio class to work every major muscle group.

2. CARDIO

Get your cardio fix with sprint intervals on the treadmill to help you burn calories and strip fat. Hop off the treadmills and dive straight into plyometric excercises to focus on building strong lean muscles.

3. GET PUMPED

Frame Cardio is a great class if you want to improve your overall fitness levels, we guarantee to put you through your paces but with a banging soundrack and motivating instructor you’ll leave high on endorphins and pumped for the day.
