A barbell class to tone, strengthen and work the entire body. Exercises are programmed to work with the music, which along with an awesome instructor, will motivate you to push through the burn as we fatigue each muscle group one by one! Choreography updated every 8 weeks.

Full body exercises performed with weighted barbells to build strength in your muscles and help your body to burn fat more effectively.

2. GET PUMPED!

A banging soundtrack and a super-motivated instructor will get you through the class. Plus choreography updates every 8 weeks to keep your body challenged and mind engaged.

3. FULL BODY

Every major muscle group will be worked, improving overall strength, stability and tone. Low impact cardio elements will get your heart-rate pumping. All in the space of 45 minutes, score.
