1. De-Stress

A chance to focus on your breathing and come back to your own body to ease the build up of late nights spent looking after your little one.

2. Chilled

A calm atmosphere for you and baby, where you feel comfortable starting your journey back to fitness alongside a small group of other new mums.

3. Lengthening

A much needed full body stretch with plenty of long, yin holds to really ease tension in your body. Plus an opportunity to bond with your baby by bringing beside you on mat whilst you stretch.
