A calculated mix of all Frame has to offer; Dance, Fitness, Yoga & Pilates packed into one class. Using your own body weight for resistance through a seamless flow of high-intensity conditioning and strength building exercises, prepare to feel the burn.

1. FULL BODY

The fusion of different genres requires you to use your whole body and work it as a unit. There will be a low impact pulse raising section designed to work the heart rate along with a high repetition toning section that will focus on certain muscle groups to ensure you feel the burn.

2. TONE

Using a combination of different genres, we’ll focus on both large and small muscle groups together to create a long, lean, toned body plus we’ll work on increasing your flexibility.

3. CONDITIONING

Expect a high intensity 45 minutes of muscle burning sequences designed to condition and strengthen the body through a mix of cardio exercises set to a backdrop of banging beats.
