Frame Work is a mix of all that Frame has to offer, packed into a high-intensity 45 mins class.

2. STRENGTH

Grin and bear through a high-intensity, muscle-burning sequence of conditioning and strength building exercises with a cardio element.

3. TONE

This class is inspired by Frame dance, fitness, yoga and Pilates and all together will create a long, lean, toned body plus increase your flexibility.
