Frame Yoga isn’t based around a certain style of Yoga, but if you’re still the type of person that need a reference; it’s the mindfulness of Power Yoga, the strength and speed of Rocket and the flow of Dynamic Vinyasa. Phew. That was a mouthful. And if none of that means anything to you, relax, it’s exactly what you need.

2. DE-STRESS

Frame Yoga is our way of getting you out of your head, and into your body. To open up and challenge you to try new things and step away from your everyday. Frame Yoga, it’s good for the mind and body… Especially on a Monday.

3. GET SKILLZ

Yoga isn’t a competition, there is no such thing as ‘being good’, but as long as you keep coming back and practicing, you’ll start to see the benefits physically and mentally in a way that will make you happy, fit and healthy.
