This class is all about sculpting your pins to within an inch of their lives! You'll lengthen and tone using both your own bodyweight and ankle weights to increase the intensity.

1. BODY PART SPECIFIC

After an aerobic warm up to get your heart rate up we’ll use callisthenic-based exercises to focus on the inner and outer thighs and most importantly the butt.

2. LENGTHENING

We’ll focus on isolating and working your muscle groups by using tiny and precise (yet powerful) movements, while increasing your strength, flexibility and body alignment.

3. TONING

Looking for something to tone and condition those pins then this is the class for you, expect slender calves, firm thighs and of course rock hard glutes.
