The best of both worlds - this class will start with a combination of speed, strength, plyometric and isometric movements against a backdrop of curated binaural beats and deep electronic music. As your HIIT winds down you will be led through fascia release techniques to alleviate muscle tension before a meditation soundbath.



Post HIIT, you’ll have earned the calming soundbath and meditation. With an especially curated soundtrack that fuses ambient electronica, hypnotic melodies, binaural beats and ancient shamanic sacred sounds to restore balance and inner calm. For this section of the class, we recommend bringing a jumper to get completely cosy and calm.

2. Full Body Workout & Release

Expect a full body workout mixing up speed and strength exercises using isometric and plyometric movements to make the most of your HIIT session before being taken through fascia release techniques using a small massage ball.


Variety is the spice of life, we know to get the most out of your workout you need to incorporate HIIT with some lower intensity, lower impact classes. HIIT & Chill will ensure that all you sweat and adrenaline junkies out there will still get your HIIT workout with your heart racing and sweat dripping but you’ll also get the much needed cool down and restoration we all need.
