HIIT PT sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 people, with expert instruction from our highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainers. You will use your own body weight and weights you’ll work on strength and power.
Exercises will be performed in ‘super sets’ meaning that you will alternate between exercises, whether this means working different muscle groups, or switching between strength and cardio. With such small groups, your trainer will be able to tailor the exercises to suit you, helping you to reach your personal goals faster.
These sessions are based on the principles of HIIT training, meaning that 30 minutes is more than enough time to ensure that you start to see results. You will work for short intervals at a high intensity, with short recovery breaks in-between.
