45 minutes of intense conditioning work using a kettlebell. From kettlebell swings, to windmills, to squats, lunges, rows, snatches and cleans.

2. CARDIO

Your heart and lungs will work hard to power you through this 45 minute non-stop workout.

3. BOX TICKING

This class will work your entire body and give you a great workout, concentrating on the butt, core and shoulders.
