Nail Kettlebells techniques like swings and windmills while you squat, lunge and perfect your snatch and clean, improving your overall strength and stamina.

2. CARDIO

Power up your cardiovascular system – we’ll move a range of movements to activate multiple muscle groups as you work your entire body and improve your strength and mobility and work up a sweat.

3. BOX TICKING

This class will work your entire body and give you a great workout, concentrating on the butt, core and shoulders.
