1. BODY PART SPECIFIC

This class will target your butt like no other! After a simple aerobic warm up you will move through a range of exercises using bodyweight and ankle weights to specifically target your glutes. Lifting and sculpting the butt to a point where it rivals Kylie’s.

2. TONING

You’ll concentrate on toning specific areas, rather than specifically raising the heart rate, but don’t be fooled that this is going to be easy. Exercises will be repeated to the point that you may feel your butt may never contract again. Good job we’ll be stretching them out… Before we get back on it and start with the next set of exercises.

3. STRENGTH

Grin and bear through a high-intensity, muscle-burning sequence of conditioning and strength building exercises. A strong derriere will not only look great in gold hotpants but will improve your posture and help protect knees from injury.
