1. TONING

Mini Barre uses isometric moves to target the smaller supporting muscles. These muscles act like a corset to trim your waistline, lift and sculpt in all the right places.

2. FLEXIBILITY

By working each muscle almost to fatigue while incorporating lengthening stretches, Mini Barre will give you the long, lean limbs of a dancer.

3. FULL BODY WORKOUT

The exercises have been selected and put together to work your entire body and the heat raising element fires up your metabolism ensuring calorie burn long after your workout is finished.
