MUMHOOD HIIT

A step up from our usual MumHood Post-Natal fitness class. Expect more intensity, more sweat and more burn. A small group class of 10 max so lots of 1-1 attention and plenty of room for your babies too.

1. FULL BODY WORKOUT

Once you feel ready to attend a regular fitness class but still need a bit of help with childcare, MumHood HIIT takes you to that next level.

2. SWEATY

Expect to sweat with higher intensity sets and fewer breaks. A smaller group so there’s no-where to hide!

3. STRENGTH

Add a bit of HIIT strength to your regime with a great mix of ketlebells and own body weight resistance exercises.
