This is for those who want to build strength and sweat, consisting of three parts you’ll use the rower, barbells and a series of coordinated floor based moves to smash your goals.

Great for shedding fat and improving fitness levels, rowing is fast becoming the wonder child of workouts, working 80% of body mass this class will leave you with a huge post-workout high and a sense of achievement.
