Power Yoga is a strong and sweaty class. Expect to challenge yourself throughout, both mentally and physically with long holds, strong balances and advanced options for binds, inversions and arm balances. Don’t worry, we’ll treat you to a lovely long Savasana to finish off the class after all your hard work. Not recommended for those who are new to Yoga.
