Join us in Fitzrovia for a special MumHood Pregnancy Physio and Yoga event. We’ll first be joined by The Westminster Physiotherapy and Pilates Centre to learn how to use exercise and movement in a safe and effective way during pregnancy. We’ll even look at some safe exercises you can do from the comfort of home and tackle the do’s and don’t of exercising when pregnant. This will be followed by a Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation session led by Kelly Kay Burns, where she’ll be focusing on putting into practice some of the learnings from the talk, before finishing off with a series of stretching and strengthening exercises with a blissful relaxation.
Based in Central London, so get your pregnant friends together and head out for a lovely lunch nearby to make a day of it 🙂
