Pregnancy can be a relatively stressful time as you’ll still be juggling your usual working hours and social commitments, along with the unknowns of a new baby on the way. Taking an hour out once a week to just breathe and tune-in to your body and your growing baby, will be really helpful in preventing those stress levels rising and keeping your baby happy inside.
This is the perfect time to get some much needed time out from your busy day, to breathe, relax and to tune in to your baby, helping to promote a restful sleep come night time.
As you progress through your pregnancy you’ll start to feel aches and pains as your baby grows within you and your body prepares itself for the birth. The sequencing in this class aims to stretch out those areas where you’ll be feeling it most.
