This is Low Impact Training, but with all the intensity you’d expect from a Frame class. So NO jumping and NO running, but still a challenging fun workout using conventional and unconventional moves on the water rower, with resistance bands and kettlebells.

1. FULL BODY WORKOUT

Rowing recruits 86% of the muscles in your body, including those in all your major muscle groups. Combined with compound moves in the floor section, this class will result in maximum muscle engagement and metabolic demand.

2. TONING

Feel the burn and see the tone. The resistance band, kettlebell and rowing machine resistance work, have all been programmed to leave you feeling oh so burny and toned AF!

3. GET PUMPED

ROW LIT is a great class if you want to improve your overall fitness levels. We guarantee to put you through your paces but with a banging soundtrack and motivating instructor you’ll leave high on endorphins and pumped for the day.
