Setting Your Intentions Yoga Workshop

In this workshop we will set intentions and use the physical practice of asana in order to manifest these intentions as we transition into 2019. The practice will consist of meditation, pranayama, Vinyasa Flow and Yin.

The perfect way to prepare for 2019, we’ll use a combination of meditation, pranayama, Vinyasa Flow and Yin to leave 2018 and ease into 2019 with positive thoughts and intentions.

Monday 31st December, 11.30 – 1.00pm with Chloe Smart in Kings Cross
