Splits Workshop

This workshops is 2 hours of safe and progressive stretching. As well as improving fitness this workshop will also help you get those long, lean muscles and ensure you don't lose strength. Whether you are flexible or you can't even touch your toes (YET)

Saturday 3rd March, 2.30-4.30pm with Gede Foster in Fitzrovia
