This class will incorporate all of the best parts of Frame's fitness classes and push and challenge you to feel a burn like no other. Expect heart-racing cardio, full body challenges using gliders and fine-tuning mat work.

1. FULL BODY WORKOUT

A 45, 60 or 90 minutes class for those who want to seriously work out. Each of the 3 sections will include a series of movements to make sure you work your major muscle groups and your smaller supporting ones. Warning: pre-order your post workout protein shake, you’re going to be slammed!

2. CARDIO

The class is structured so that your heart rate will fluctuate between a million miles an hour, and something more sustainable for the duration. High intensity intervals will creep up on you whenever you begin to feel that you’re all over this TOTAL BODY sh*t.

3. TONING

The 3 sections will each include big and small movements to tone every part of your being, leaving you standing with a damn hot bod. A whole section using gliders will specifically target those abs just like ‘those really tricky exercises in Reformer Pilates on acid’.
