1. FULL BODY WORKOUT
A cross training class designed to make your body strong, lean and toned through building lean muscle mass. Each class will move through a variety of movements working the TRX and your own body weight to give you a full body workout, expect lunges, planks and extensions.
This is for those who want to build strength and sweat, by using a combination of TRX and HIIT you’ll work on strengthening your core while improving your mobility, stability and balance.
