60 mins of a graceful and energising vinyasa practice, linking breath with movement. A strong focus on the core and the dynamic element that will make you sweat. Followed by 15 minutes of blissful meditation including a well deserved extra-long savasana.

1. FLEXIBILITY

A combination of a number of yoga styles. This class includes strength, stretching, breathing, balance and relaxation, always with possible adaptations making the class suitable for beginners.

2. STRENGTH

Expect to work hard and get a sweat on as you build heat in the body with a strong, flowing practice.

3. DE-STRESS

Sweat it out then spend 15 mins focussed on calming the mind through a guided meditation and extra long savasana.
