YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a calm class, where you will hold seated postures for long periods of time in order to increase flexibility and encourage a feeling of release and letting go. Focus on the breath is key to getting deeper into postures and the benefits that come with this. Although a calm class, you’ll be surprised at how tough it can be to hold postures for this long, so expect an element of discomfort as you move deeper into postures.

Yin Yoga has transformative effects on the body and mind. It prepares the mind for longer and better quality meditation practices and draws the mind inward into a relaxed state.

2. FLEXIBILITY

The gentle but consistent stimulation of connective tissues encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints and recharges the energetic systems of the body. The poses are soothing and calming and allow your body to release any physical and emotional tension – the perfect Yoga class to destress.

3. CHILLED

Maybe throw an extra layer in your bag or a warm socks to keep you cosy as you enjoy opening and resting in the poses. Come along and feel brand new when you’re done and extremely zen.
