Box Train Cardio Fitness Class Frame

A fast paced and high intensity class, perfect for Framers who like their heart rates high and their classes super sweaty! You’ll move between 3 stations; boxing combos on the punchbag, plyo moves and slam balls at the sweat station, and heavier weights at the strength station. Take your frustrations out on the bag, release stress and supercharge your fitness levels, all whilst being motivated by our fun and supportive instructors. Currently just at our Angel, Shoreditch & Hammersmith Studios!

For the mind

Box Fit is a great way to let loose on some pent-up frustration and a great stress reliever. It can seriously improve motor skills, balance, agility and reaction time as it uses eye hand co-ordination in both hands.

For the body

Box Train 2.0 is the ultimate pulse raiser that helps keep your heart and lungs in tip top shape. It mixes boxing, bodyweight & weights for a full-body workout like no other - targeting arms, shoulders, back, core and legs. Pack a punch Antony Joshua would be proud of and get strong, lean and toned at the same time.
