Cacao Ceremony & Yin Yoga – 7th June

Join Francesca Secolonovo as she guides you through a journey of the heart. Expect to drink a beautifully prepared cup of Cacao followed by an expansive Yin yoga practice. There will be a meditation to guide us from the busyness of the mind we begin to lean deeper into the sensations of the body. This is 90 mins of pure nourishment for the mind, body and soul. A space of exploration through the breathe as well as time to reflect, stretching the deepest layers of the body and deep restoration.
